Adam Brown, Managing Partner: Adam leads the Property Management division of Louise Beck Properties. Adam provides the Sales Team a rental perspective for all investment sales and purchase transactions. His analysis is used to project cash flow for investment opportunities. Adam holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Masters of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Adam is also a licensed Broker.

Louise Beck, Adviser: Louise Beck began Louise Beck Properties, Inc. in 1993 to assist with her own real estate investment portfolio. Soon she began managing properties for colleagues, friends, and family. Louise was born and raised in North Carolina and has been a Realtor for over 30 years, serving the greater parts of the triangle. Louise is not involved in the day to day operations of the company, but does hold an advisory position for both the sales and property management divisions.
