Jennifer Fenton, Team Manager: Jennifer oversees the operation of Think Louise Beck, ensuring that our seller's and buyer's needs are met and all questions are answered. Jennifer works with our sellers to make sure their home is properly marketed. Adam Brown, Managing Partner: Adam leads the Property Management division of Louise Beck Properties. Adam provides the Sales Team a rental perspective for all investment sales and purchase transactions. His analysis is used to project cash flow for investment opportunities. Adam holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Masters of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Adam is also a licensed Broker.
Louise Beck, Adviser: Louise Beck began Louise Beck Properties, Inc. in 1993 to assist with her own real estate investment portfolio. Soon she began managing properties for colleagues, friends, and family. Louise was born and raised in North Carolina and has been a Realtor for over 30 years, serving the greater parts of the triangle. Louise is not involved in the day to day operations of the company, but does hold an advisory position for both the sales and property management divisions.
Marian Kirk, Marketing Coordinator: Marian is responsible for all aspects of marketing for our rental and sales properties. She ensures each listing has superb pictures, accurate descriptions, and accurate information in all print- and web-based advertising.
